Returns and exchanges

Exchange & Returns Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

  • Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

  • We do not exchange item(s) after sales campaigns are over. It must be exchanged within the sales campaign period.

- Only for purchases that meet our Returns Policy.
- Must arrive at our office; 4320 Jaridah st. Riyadh, Almugharizat District.
- We recommend that you start the return process within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives within 14 days.
What happens next?
Prepare your package with the documents enclosed in your order
    1. Contact us to approve your request & provide you with a return shipping label. 

    1. Once we approve your request you can go ahead and return your item(s). No later than 14 days after your delivery date, please.

    2. Place the item(s) with all the original packaging inside the shipping box/bag and leave it open for the courier to check the contents.

    3. Attach the Return Label.

    Exchange:

    To return items for an exchange, include your order invoice along with your reason for exchanging to the below address. Indicate the full Item Name, Item Number if available, Size, and Color of the item you would like to exchange it for.

    - Only for items that meet our Exchange Policy.
    - Must arrive at our office, 4320 Jaridah st. Riyadh, Almugharizat District.
    - We recommend that you start the exchange process within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives within 14 days.
